GreenSpacers’ Free Photoquote allows clients to see how our plants would look in their location before making any purchasing decisions. Our PhotoQuote system presents potential clients with a clear picture of how each plant would look installed into an office space. You can view a wide variety of plants in different sizes, as well as varying container colors and styles, giving you the opportunity to make changes where appropriate.
Step One: Initial Consultation
GreenSpacers’ initial consultation appointment is simple and fast. An experienced sales consultant will visit your business in order to determine your expectations and budget. The consultant will then inspect light, humidity, airflow and temperature levels to ensure that the plants recommended will thrive. During the final step of the consultation, the sales consultant will take photographs of the areas where plants will be placed.
Step Two: PhotoQuote
The sales consultant creates a digital “plantscape” using the pictures taken during the initial consultation. Plants, containers, budget, existing décor and overall environment are taken into account when creating the photo quote.
Step Three: Proposal
The photo quote will be emailed to you along with an itemized list of plants and containers and their associated costs, and the consultant will arrange an appointment to review the proposal with you. Any changes to the design will be made during this second consultation. Once the final design is approved, the production team prepares the chosen plants specifically for your site.
